This site is published by Orkay Tiles ("Orkay", "we", "us"), a partnership firm with its registered office at Shop No. 62, 63, 64, Shakti Chamber-1, 8A National Highway, Morbi-363642, Gujarat, India. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

These terms govern your use of the website. They do not by themselves govern a sale — a sale is governed by the quotation, proforma invoice or supply agreement accepted for that order, and where those documents conflict with this page, those documents prevail.

You may read, print and share this site for your own business purposes. You may not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system behind it, transmit unsolicited commercial messages through its forms, or extract its content by automated means without our written permission.

We may withdraw or suspend access to any part of the site at any time without notice.

The ORKAY name and mark, the site design, copy, photography, renders, catalogues and technical datasheets are owned by or licensed to Orkay Tiles and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without our written permission.

Room scenes and lifestyle imagery are representative of a range. They do not depict a specific installation unless we say so.

Tile shade, pattern, calibre and finish vary between production batches, and a screen cannot reproduce a fired glaze accurately. Images on this site are illustrative and the delivered product may differ in appearance.

Dimensions are nominal and subject to manufacturing tolerance. Always approve a physical sample before ordering, and order the full quantity for one project from a single batch.

Technical specifications may change as production changes. Request the current datasheet before you finalise a purchase, and rely on that datasheet rather than on this website.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no price shown or indicated here is binding.

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and where no period is stated, for 15 days from its date. Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and availability are confirmed per order and are subject to production scheduling.

An enquiry does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we receive your signed purchase order or your written acceptance of our proforma invoice, and the agreed advance payment or a confirmed letter of credit has been received.

We may decline any order, and may allocate production between customers where capacity is constrained.

Unless the order documents say otherwise, export sales are on FOB Mundra or FOB JNPT terms, interpreted in accordance with the Incoterms edition named in the order documents.

Standard payment terms are 30–50% advance with the balance before shipment, or against a confirmed irrevocable letter of credit, as agreed for that order.

Lead times are estimates given in good faith. Dates for despatch and arrival are not of the essence unless we have agreed otherwise in writing for that order.

Claims relating to quality, shade variation, shortage or transit damage must reach us within 14 days of the goods arriving at the discharge port or delivery address, accompanied by photographs, the batch and shade details from the packing, and the container number.

Claims made after that period, or for tiles already laid, cannot be accepted — laying a tile is taken as acceptance of its appearance. Our liability for a valid claim is limited to replacing the affected material or crediting its invoice value, at our option.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, Orkay Tiles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of contract, or loss arising from delay in shipping or from reliance on this website without written confirmation from us. Our total liability in connection with an order does not exceed the invoice value of that order.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the content of any site we link to.

You are responsible for satisfying yourself that the product is suitable for its intended application and complies with the building, safety and import regulations of the country where it will be used. Where a product carries a certification, that certification covers what the certificate states and nothing further.

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, war, civil unrest, epidemic, strike, failure of utilities or fuel supply, port congestion, or an act of government. Where such an event continues for more than 90 days, either party may cancel the affected order without further liability.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at Morbi, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties may instead refer a dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement, seated at Morbi, Gujarat, conducted in English.

We may amend these terms and will publish the amended version on this page with a new date. The version in force when your order is accepted is the version that applies to it.
